Sessions scheduled as follows:

All sessions start at 9am unless otherwise stated. Sessions last around 5 hours and are conducted by a fully qualified Allen Carr therapist..

You will be in a group of up to 18 other smokers, and will be able to smoke throughout the session.

Held at the same venues, although arrangements can be made to visit clients at their preferred location.
